Removal is what converts a MAP policy from a document into an outcome. Without a working removal process, price erosion and Buy Box instability recur indefinitely, no matter how well written the policy is.
In practice
A working sequence: identify sellers and record offers with evidence; issue cease-and-desist notices citing your distribution and MAP terms; escalate through Brand Registry's Report a Violation where there is an actual IP or listing violation; and close the supply route by tracing test buys back to the source. Enrolling in Transparency prevents the problem recurring more effectively than any amount of notice-sending.
