Why we built it this way
Solving the complexities of Amazon, for small brands
The brands who most need help on Amazon are the ones least able to buy it.
A large agency's economics require a retainer big enough to fund an account team. That prices
out exactly the brands with the most upside: good products, weak listings, no in-house
Amazon person, and no budget to hire one. Meanwhile Amazon's own vendor teams have been
narrowing who they work with for years.
So small brands end up in the gap. Their listings were built once by whoever had a spare
afternoon. Unauthorized resellers turn up and start undercutting. The Buy Box gets unstable,
price erodes, and the channel quietly stops growing, not because the product is wrong,
but because nobody is minding it.
Buying the inventory outright is how we close that gap. It means a brand does not need a
budget to get the work done, because the work is how we protect stock we already paid for.
And it means we cannot sell a brand something that will not move, because we would be the
ones holding it.
That constraint is deliberate. It keeps us honest, and it keeps us small.
