Why it matters
Seller feedback feeds account health and Buy Box eligibility. It is meant to rate the seller, not the product, which is why product complaints left as seller feedback can often be removed on request.
In practice
For FBA orders, Amazon will typically strike feedback that relates to fulfillment it performed itself. Reviewing feedback regularly and requesting removal where it is misapplied is a small, routine task that protects Buy Box share.
